Woman at the counter clerk 13 aka Jean is rude and abrasive. Today she was arguing with me over my prepaid eBay label being underweight at 8lbs and stated the package ( a lightweight small/medium canvas painting) was 14lbs which I found odd but offered to void the label and generate a new QR code in which she said it'd take too long ( it'd take two minutes) and there was a line but , did not care about the line minutes before that when she was chatting with another person at the counter who she clearly knew personally well after his transaction was completed. After all that I get in my vehicle and the receipt she handed me for tracking clearly stated the package was 6.5lbs so clearly not the 14 pounds she was claiming. They should hire more competent employees.

I am highly upset Blackstone post office held my mail and never sent me what they held from me so now I am a month behind on my gas bill which is outrageous they held my mail without me knowing notifying me or anything I don't even know how they had the authority to withhold my mail and if I did not receive my mail then who did? This has to be illegal I never authorized my mail to be withheld at all
