- AAalexa albaneseDec 13, 20251.0Woman at the counter clerk 13 aka Jean is rude and abrasive. Today she was arguing with me over my prepaid eBay label being underweight at 8lbs and stated the package ( a lightweight small/medium canvas painting) was 14lbs which I found odd but offered to void the label and generate a new QR code in which she said it'd take too long ( it'd take two minutes) and there was a line but , did not care about the line minutes before that when she was chatting with another person at the counter who she clearly knew personally well after his transaction was completed. After all that I get in my vehicle and the receipt she handed me for tracking clearly stated the package was 6.5lbs so clearly not the 14 pounds she was claiming. They should hire more competent employees.

- DTDwayne ToussaintSep 8, 20241.0Went in to post office in blackstone ma to do a change of address the newer young lady working there told me I was all set instead of holding Mail till new address was good they send my mail back to sender my credit card company temporary closed my account and I got 5 points deducted from credit karma for a closed account if that was the older lady working that would of never happened
