  The staff at this store is always helpful and I’ve never had to wait too long. I brought in a package to return and the label I printed at home wasn’t scanning so they kindly had me forward the return label to their email, printed a new label and affixed it to the package for me.

  I had an excellent experience and wanted to take a moment to recognize the friendly customer service I received from Nasir. From the moment I walked in, Nasir was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile by helping tape my package. I was in a rush and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning for future shipping needs and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.

  EDITED TO RESPOND TO OWNER'S REPLY: My transaction wasn't processed at the Beverly store as I was turned away, so there is no information to give to you. It was processed by the very helpful people at The UPS Store in Rowley, which is where I'll be taking my business from now on. Went here to ship 2 envelopes with USPS priority mail. The clerk insisted they do not offer USPS services even though their website clearly states they do. Maybe update your website so people don't waste their time going to your store. I drove to the UPS Store on Route 1 in Rowley where they were very helpful & sent my envelopes with USPS priority shipping. I suggest skipping the Beverly store & driving a little farther to Rowley for better service.

  Nasir made a stressful situation calm with his demeanor. I recently had an outstanding experience as a UPS customer on Enon Street in Danvers. People are often quick to complain and I think it is just as important to recognize when a company gets it right. The entire time I was there, which was a while, the level of professionalism, patience, and genuine helpfulness I received was remarkable. He took the time to listen carefully help me navigate my situation and work through solutions step-by-step. I never felt rushed or dismissed. In fact, I felt quite the opposite he was calm, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to fully resolving my issues and experience. Mostly noted was the kindness and care Nasir showed during the interaction. It really felt like he wanted to help. That makes the lasting impression. And that reflects incredibly well in your organization. Great customer service is rare to find these days. Please extend my sincere, thanks and appreciation to Nasir. It is refreshing to encounter service that goes above and beyond. I hope he is recognized for his excellent work that he is doing for you UPS!
