- DDDeejDec 17, 20251.0Every single time I've had to do business here, it's been a miserable experience. Often times, the people working the counter have never seen a package in their entire lives. A simple "can I ship this to go to this location?" Always baffles them, and can never happen because "that guy is out" or "we don't know how to do that". I just came back from dropping off a package that arrived to my house, but had the wrong name, so needed to be returned to sender. Despite the website saying that close at 5 (already a pain for people with a real job) but they decided to close early because.....I assume laziness. There were 5 other people who walked in the same time as me, so there were no excuses. That's what I get for trying to help out a fellow neighbor. Some of the most incompetent people I've ever interacted with (which, considering this is Beverly, is saying a lot)

- GCGiselle CharetteSep 20, 20251.0these mail carriers do not treat or handle your mail/ packages with care whatsoever. I’ve gotten so much mail returned back from them and the envelopes are DIRTY with stickers and writing all over them making my expensive wedding envelopes unusable.
- RNROSE NIVARJul 24, 20251.0Not my regular post office, I decided to mail docs to a mass state office from here considering I was in the area for some other things...I just want to say I was not impressed with this post office at all. Looks good from the outside but once I was in, place looked so abandoned and badly kept. Even the energy was off. There were no postal envelopes, pens, or labels put out at no matter where I looked while in this place. Once I was called up to be helped, the gentleman had an attitude and just now, looking into my tracking number, just realized he never added in the required signature,...which he never even asked if I needed but I did make sure to let him know this is a signature required package before checking out. Hopefully my envelope arrived to the state facility I mailed it to. Never coming back here again....literally seems like homeless shelter....in the atmosphere and overall visual impression.
