- PDPete DennDec 30, 20251.0Be careful. I got treated rudely for simply standing in line. Then… When processing order they told me least expensive option to ship was $220. I checked online after with UPS and the lowest cost was only $58. The guy who processed this assured me there were no other options. So, I triple checked dimensions online and weight also came out to $58 every time. I had to honor shipping timeline for eBay sale so I accepted I was being told the truth. Be careful going to this location and double check rates first I wish I had, or pre purchase shipping label.

Tried to do return the following day and was told that it was not voided at a different location and I should go back to the Beverly location. Regular staff was wonderful and willing to help. When they got the manager because they didn’t know what to do next- he was very short with me and kept cutting me off. When I requested that he let me finish speaking he told me our business was done. This is an issue that he caused and he was unwilling to assist with- just kept telling me to contact the company in a rude tone while I was trying to speak. That is not how it should work. He was rude and disrespectful. They should definitely look into who they have as a manager there. If he is that disrespectful to customers how is he to the other employees. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would get.

I am really thankfull to this staff as they are really co-operative and helfull . thank you once again for being there.
