- WRWilliam RiveraAug 14, 20241.0(Avon post office)Omg, this the worst post office to go on 8/14/24 I went with my wife to ship something to to Puerto Rico when I parktin the parking lot I noticed there was not a car there it was about 12:15pm there was a man outside with a post office uniform as I walk in with my wife he came in a min later lean against the back of the counter did not ask if I need any help. I asked him if I can get a package in a bag he said no you’ll have to get a box I said can you help me find a box he said they’re right there in front of you, you can see them started looking around boxes and my wife Spanish guy came outside room help us. I put the stuff in the box. The tape Seem like it wasn’t gonna hold the box I said to him is there any tape I can use he He ignored me. My wife asked him he said no you have to buy one just a week before my wife to Puerto Rico and he helped her and tape it for her he said No, it wasn’t me. I always said it was you long story short I said can you type it for me said no you buy tape but you know what you don’t know how to pack things up I said why are you so rude there and then Spanish guy came out the room I explained to him and my wife as well. He says well I’m the new guy here in town. Those things change very rude as well so I picked up my stuff I was leaving I ask the Asian guy his name and he whispered I said I can’t hear you he said Let me write my name down for you, the manager The new sheriff in town as well laugh at me and said go I wish you can pull a video on this and contact me

Their lack of knowledge about basic postal procedures was evident, and they appeared to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Their indifferent attitude made it clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction.
