- KDKatie DwyerJun 30, 20171.0Rude associates; went in with 5 minutes to spare before closing and was rushed and treated like an inconvenience (close the door at 4:20 if you don't want to deal with last minute people, you're in the service industry). When I returned the next day to fix something I had messed up the previous day, I told the clerk about how I was so frustrated with my mistake, totally owning the situation. As I'm telling her the story, the woman from the previous day came out from the back and says, "You should have just come back and not rushed, see what happens? I was thinking that the whole time in my head." Great customer service, thanks for the advice. I then went out to my car to grab something to return inside after about 2 minutes to find all of the clerks talking about me and my situation and saying, "there you go, Karma will get you..." Will not be back to this location out of pure shock that the service was SO bad two separate times I was in there.
