He was patient with me as I asked more than 30 questions and really took the time to explain the tech on each item. He assisted me with my online and in store purchases. I kept asking the same questions and he did his best to reword the answers to assist my understanding of the products being purchased. He made me feel valued and kept a human approach to customer service that is rarely seen these days when everyone else tries to rush you or shoo you away as if you are bothering them. Paul is a great asset for the staples tech team and management. Other associates were accommodating as well. This is definitely a satisfying shopping experience. Thanks to the team at auburn staples. I will be back and share with everyone my experience. Did I mention that Paul even carried out my purchase to my vehicle. Oh my I do matter. Thank you Paul and team staples!!!!
