Mail man brought the parcel and refused to drop it indicating that a signature is required. I boldly stated that there are no restricted delivery options. Even when I rescheduled next day delivery, I again indicated that no signature is required, Parcel should be dropped off at my doorstep since no one will be at home. Mail man again refused to drop my parcel, left a note on my instruction which he printed stating I need to pick up my parcel at the post office because signature is required. Who requested for signature? My instruction is binding. If I say no signature required, why are they insisting on signature? It’s not a registered mail. They are food items and can be perishable which I indicated. Parcel has been in transit for over 3 weeks already. Does the mail man understand English or is he just being naive?😡😡😡😡😡
