I ordered special decals for my sister who passed away and they are ruined because of the carrier not putting them in the maillbox and it poured so everything was soaked not I'm out the money for these due to the carrier's actions of being lazy nice service post office.

ALOT to the point i decided to use amazon pick up locations for my xmas gifts. but one package could not be left there. And it was delivered to another home. I called the post office really upset and in my mind i wasnt getting it back as in the past. WELL Michael got off the phone put his coat on , braved the cold and went to where it was delivered and delivered it to me personally and explained what happend. I couldnt have been more grateful and happy about this as this was a christmas gift and i never would have been able to file a claim, get my money back and reorder before christmas. thank you Michael i hope you have the happiest christmas. Today I observed a very rude customer address one of the staff and the supervisor and then huff off and they were very respectful despite her demeanor and unsavory language.
