The two employees that was working at the ups booth don’t have any idea about what is customer service. They did have a big sign for Amazon return but not to orders stores. They both saw me waiting in line for a couples minutes, did not acknowledge me that returns from other company or store weren’t able at the moment. When I asked if tomorrow returns will be available they both looked at me like I have 4 heads.
