- ARAdam RoyFeb 12, 20261.0This location is easily the most customer-unfriendly post office I've ever encountered. They no longer allow customers to drop off packages that already have prepaid shipping labels attached. These packages require no payment, no assistance, and no transaction -- yet customers are now forced to stand in an extremely long line with people who need full counter services just to hand over a prepaid package. This is an enormous waste of time for customers and staff, creates unnecessary congestion, and makes absolutely no sense. Every other USPS location I've used allows prepaid package drop-off without requiring customers to wait in line, so this appears to be a local decision -- and a terrible one. The result is a frustrating, inefficient, and completely avoidable experience. If you value your time, this is not the post office to use.
