- OBOllie BeanNov 13, 20251.0your employee at the front desk, David, shouted at me for no reason. Im still unsure of what I did to cause this... All I did was answer his question. (I.e "do you have a license" I just said I have an ID and was reaching for it before he shouted "what was that for" and stormed off. As a customer service worker, I'm usually very accountable for any actions I take, but I genuinely didn't do anything at all. All of your other employees are lovely though, just David was really rude and it looks like he has a nasty temper toward everyone else as well. Whatever his issue is, it heeds to be nipped in the bud.

I very nicely to give me a passport form for my kids, he literally slammed the paper down on the counter right in from of my face like we had a problem before. I have NEVER in my life experience such a rude person. These people really need anger management. Very unprofessional, working for the government and acting in such a way is a NO NO! Very stupid and annoying. I walked away peacefully because 2 angered people can not clash and walk away without being hurt.
