If I could give zero stars I would. As another reviewer mentioned below they will shout at you if you ask a question because they are not competent enough to actually answer the question or do their job correctly. And forget calling customer service, any “lost package” is automatically not their fault and you’re out of luck. Scary that this is supposed to be our trusted mail service.

This location is very rude, unprofessional and racist. Lindsey was extremely rude and very nasty towards me. She ordered and yelled at me to “back up”..Which I wasn’t any where near her. She was very unpleasant and did not help me at all..In fact every time I tried to get help she would yell “I’ll be with you, back up”..I also had an unpleasant experience with Michael who was rude and unprofessional as well. Then all of a sudden he had a change of heart. Tried to act a little better. Too late. I didn’t deserve his nor her racist and hateful behavior towards me. All the staff need to work on their customer service. Treat every customer with respect. I definitely would not recommend this location and post office to anyone.

David is a really kind caring person. What the people in these comments say about David are not true and they really should be ashamed of themselves for saying such things. David is put under a lot of pressure trying to manage the office while other clerks rather do nothing all day and make him do all the hard work. He always puts on a smile even though people always give him a hard time for what reason exactly? He's doing his job there is no reason why anyone should be coming in and taking it out on him. If anything he is doing the job of three people at once and how fair is that that is the way you walk in and start a fuss when it is the holiday season. I pray that we as a whole of Attleboro can be better and be there to help David. Recent comments have been interesting to hear. I will say that the clerks are not racist and if you feel that way that is unfortunate. And for a second thought the clerks cannot control what the carrier does on the road. If anything that is a supervisor issue that must be discussed. No clerks have I seen when I have walked in to buy stamps or.send packages have ever yelled or shouted or said such distasteful things that these comments are supposedly saying. These comments should be reflected upon and rewritten to spread positivity and joy. Bringing hate into this world is not what anyone needs and I please ask that the people try to be better and try to work together at solving these issues instead of spreading hate.

your employee at the front desk, David, shouted at me for no reason. Im still unsure of what I did to cause this... All I did was answer his question. (I.e "do you have a license" I just said I have an ID and was reaching for it before he shouted "what was that for" and stormed off. As a customer service worker, I'm usually very accountable for any actions I take, but I genuinely didn't do anything at all. All of your other employees are lovely though, just David was really rude and it looks like he has a nasty temper toward everyone else as well. Whatever his issue is, it heeds to be nipped in the bud.
