- MPMeg PetzkoMar 1, 20245.0Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!
