- OROlivia RosaDec 4, 20241.0Summary: mail was not secure, unprofessional staff, and distrusting service. I genuinely believe people make mistakes on the job- even BIG ones so I’m not going to use names because I’m not trying to jeopardize any jobs, but this definitely can’t go unnoticed. First- I paid for my box, and the worker who assisted me in confirming my box never opened it (red panel covering the hole). Didn’t find out until a whole week later, after I ordered a card & checkbook to get delivered. She said that was her own fault, she was there alone. Next time I go in, I had my PO Box combo on a paper I forgot at my house. I get there and ask if I can have my combo. Literally all he asked me is what number. It was a different worker than I’ve seen before and he went to the corner and I guess looked it up and put it on a piece of paper to hand me. I waited a few seconds and said, “that’s it?”. He confirmed yes. I don’t know about you, but the fact that this worker didn’t know my name, didn’t ask me for id, never even see me before frightens me- mind you someone else was watching this whole thing. They introduced themself as a postmaster! Get this- he says he was just trying to accommodate me, whatever that means. I told them, god forbid I was someone else you would’ve gave someone access to my mail! I said this- and the worker reached over the counter and tried to SNATCH the paper with my combo out of my hand. I said ohh no, no way you just did that. I got my mail (my checkbook and card included), and came back inside and said I need to close my box I don’t feel safe leaving my mail here. The postmaster said we were just trying to help you and you came off abrasive. He said they could’ve gave me a hard time getting the combo…..GOOD I’d prefer that because it means my mail is secure, you did me no favor!! I had a book of blank checks and a debit card in my box!! I asked him his name he gave it to me and he said I must be bored. The pure fact that they got annoyed and didn’t understand why i found this situation troubling blows my mind but I’m sure this is a mistake they will never forget and make again. Cherry on top- I closed this box STILL not showing any identification. That said- be careful if you do decide to open a box, and you are offered information without any kind of identification- consider it a red flag. I don’t write reviews like this, EVER so this is obviously a serious situation.

- MOMarcos Oliveira.Oct 26, 20231.0I've been to this USP several times because I work in auctions nearby and the payment method is by money order, but there are times when I come to buy it when there's a gentleman who works there, he always says he doesn't have it, sometimes I wait for him to leave the service and I'll come back. again and the person there sells it to me on money order, it's a shame that this happens. I don't know what this gentleman's intention is for doing this.
