Lisa is fantastic, goes above and beyond. There seems to be a camaraderie here among the staff. A nice community place where you often run into neighbors.

There is an incredibly rude man working at the front desk. While I was ultimately able to get everything I needed to ship and return taken care of, the interaction was unpleasant. Customer service makes a big difference, and having friendlier, more professional staff would greatly improve the experience.

Thank you, Cristian, for following through on your word and calling me back. You’re the reason I was able to track my package down at the address I accidentally marked. I highly recommend this USPS office — exceptional customer service and truly reliable :)

Older Indian man had horrible customer service skills. I'm looking at reviews here and its obvious this problem has been allowed to continue as it seems multiple customers have identified this rude postal worker. He was on his cell phone acting bored. I had to ask if he could help as there were no other staff around. He started to help and then he became short with me. While he was providing horrible customer service to me a friendly older woman asked a parking question and he dismissed her. Luckily another customer saw this rude behavior and helped this lady. I don't interact with the USPS very much. How far the staff have fallen! We used to look up to mail carriers as community helpers.
