The man at the front desk, extremely unprofessional, claimed that Laurie Poland was "not here" and would be back in "maybe an hour, I don't know." He proceeded to call Laurie and state "there's a lady here for a notary appointment and is upset, blshblahblah." Laurie was audibly abrasive on the phone, despite my being 5ft away. She did not commit to honoring the scheduled appointment nor provided an eta for when she'd be back to work. When I pressed the "front desk guy" for her eta, he shrugged. I do not recommend using this UPS for notary services and I'd hesitate to use it for anything else. Laurie needs her notary license revoked.
