To be fair, there was some sort of computer failure the owner/staff were faced with. However, the lack of professionalism and customer service was unnecessary. Screaming, swearing, if felt more like a bad sitcom than reality. There are several other options for UPS stores locally Thank goodness.

- KKKerryOct 10, 20251.0The most unprofessional notary experience I've ever gone through. Scheduled an appointment online, showed up a bit early. The man at the front desk, extremely unprofessional, claimed that Laurie Poland was "not here" and would be back in "maybe an hour, I don't know." He proceeded to call Laurie and state "there's a lady here for a notary appointment and is upset, blshblahblah." Laurie was audibly abrasive on the phone, despite my being 5ft away. She did not commit to honoring the scheduled appointment nor provided an eta for when she'd be back to work. When I pressed the "front desk guy" for her eta, he shrugged. I do not recommend using this UPS for notary services and I'd hesitate to use it for anything else. Laurie needs her notary license revoked.
