Rudest post office ladies around. They are the most restentful and curt women for having to actually do their job and help customers--you would think they weren't getting paid...I rather spend my day at the RMV then wait in line to deal with these women***Particuarly the women who works 1st desk during the week. I have been contemplating filing a complaint with this post office--the woman at the 1st desk is just that mean. I ship things quite frequently, and on numerous occasions I have been nagged me for wanting a receipt for a package to verify the post office received it. Apparently, they don't think that me needing proof of receipt is necessary just because I print my shipping label online, but they are in no position to tell me that I can just leave my package at the "drop off counter" repeatedly after I repeatedly tell them I actually need a proof of receipt that they received the pacakage. Oh the scowls I get--who knew checking in a package and printing a receipt was so hard.

Update: after my previous review several years ago, this post office has undergone some employee changes and I would say the service is now greatly improved. To be fair, I primarily use online service and package pickup service, and hence I rarely go to the counter for service. Still, the employee there seem friendly and the manager is willing to help when problems occur. So a thumb up. Below was my original review four years ago: Absolutely terrible service. There is a reason why everyone here left a rating of 0. Isn't that incredible? Most of the time I print shipping labels online at home, and never have to deal with post office clerk. The few times I had to go to the post office, I was really terrified. This rude woman, who everyone is complaining about, I pray every time not to be handled by her. Unfortunately my pray fails almost every time. There was one time when I was handled by another woman, I thought I was lucky. You know what, I was wrong. She was equally arrogant. I was mailing an international package. The box was not big, but there was enough space to put stamps and labels. She told me there was no space, that the post office is more important than me, and I have to make space for them. Really? I couldn't believe I heard that. Also, I needed to use registered mail, and she kept telling me that registered mail is the most secure way to send international packages, BUT I cannot track it and it will not show me delivery status. Seriously? That makes absolutely no sense. I also know it's a lie because I've used registered mail before, and I know can put the label number on the registered mail and it will show me delivery status. In any case, it was so unpleasant that I lost all my faith in this post office. I would just drive to a different post office next time.
