Even when I had a false delivery, the kind man in the back spoke to me on the phone, talked me through it. Called me back AND explained everything to me in person. Weird. Love this place.

On my last trip one of the two computers were down so I walked up to the woman whose computer wasn’t working since I not had a question about which postage to use. She told me “I’m not open and there’s a line.” After explaining that I just had a question, she continued to make plain that she couldn’t be bothered helping me by rolling her eyes and saying I should know what postage I bought. Her attitude shifted for the next less pigmented customer. Not worth the stress.
