Paul is the most miserable person every time I go there. Feels like he is outwardly annoyed that his staff or customers ask him to do his job. The Northampton store and the nearby Staples is a significantly better customer service experience and I absolutely hate working with Paul and sometimes avoid this store entirely even though this is the closest.
My package was dropped off Saturday with Paul and a younger staff member and I was expecting it to be delivered pretty quickly this week, however my tracking says the package hasn't been dropped off 48 hours later and they won't pick up the phone after numerous calls. It has very important and expensive documents and they didn't even do a scan when I dropped it off.

The guy who works here moves like a snail and makes you wait forever, but at least he’s openly hostile to customers

When I walked in, there was loud music with uncomfortable lyrics playing on full-blast to the line of two people in front of me. The man at the counter would disappear for minutes at a time and then return to punch in one or two letters on the computer before disappearing again. One customer would be standing there "being helped" for anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes while he disappeared for no apparent reason.
A customer came in looking for an envelope, and after the man reluctantly pointed out where they were, the customer got in line with the slip in the envelope. After about 40 minutes, the customer left with the sealed envelope and got chased down by the man, leaving the register empty. He couldn't be bothered to care about the line left at the register, the speakers blasting songs about torture and stalking, but a 50-cent envelope was where he drew the line.
After close to 45 minutes, I finally got to the register, where he seemed confused that I wanted to ship two boxes. Had to explain myself three times. They were already addressed and everything, I just wanted to mail them. Ended up being way too expensive, and I just left to go to the post office. My own fault for waiting that long, but jesus christ I walked out of that UPS thinking whatever I just went through was not a real experience. Also, in my opinion, I and another girl in there got some weird eye contact and stares from him. Just a hunch but I didn't feel comfortable or safe in there.

Not sure why I'm bothering to leave a review since the owner of this store clearly doesn't care about customers experiences. The "owner" responds with some generic response to customers horrendous experiences but nothing changes. I had to go there tonight. Staples wasn't an option for my return and didn't have time to go to Hamp or Greenfield UPS stores. I knew it would be miserable and the mean guy didn't disappoint. It was so busy and he was somean to everyone. 45 minutes because he disappears into the back in between customers. Luckily, I went prepared for the experience to be awful. It's almost comical.

Dropped off a package. The next day it hadn't arrived we reached out to our company ups rep and they told us it was never dropped off at the ups store. We were instructed to go in and make sure it was scanned in properly. We were met by an older gentleman who was quite hostile and rude. He brought out the package (that was marked with this way up stickers) tossed it sround then slammed it on the counter. We often ship packages with thousands of dollars of equipment and have never seen it be handled this poorly.
