Today I visited the store to return a package, there were already two boys over there and this old guy in the store who is responsible for the working of the store scared them so much with his looks and actions that those guys left without even returning their package. It was my turn to return the package the moment I went to the counter I greeted him with a “hi” he just ignored me and left from there, came after a while and was giving me looks. There was also a girl before me she had some parcel with some clothes, he tore the parcel and threw all the clothes on the weighing scale then later was handling the clothes like they were some shitty objects. He then took the clothes in hand and was giving such disgusting looks I never expected from anyone. He always give horrendous look to everyone in the store. never saw such horrible personality.

But today, I brought a package in for return and it wasn’t even opened since it was delivered. He tucked the tape in the middle of the box and made the whole thing opened. Then, proceeded to have the audacity to charge me $3 to get it repackaged while it’s just a piece of tape. By the way, he always gives me and other customers the most threatening look.

Never felt the need to leave a review until today where I was absolutely blown away. Two people in the store had very subtle Indian accents and he spoke to them like they got off the boat yesterday. Disgusting. He was also rude to me of course, and didn't help any of us with any of our issues. I went to the store in west Springfield 30 min away, they had my problem sorted within 5 minutes and we're actually polite/informative. I am astonished that UPS still employs him and let's him talk to customers. Should be pushing a mail cart around in a warehouse or fired altogether.
