He is the most pleasant human I've ever ran into in my life. Every time. He is helpful, kind, patient, and has exceptional customer service. If the rest of the post office was a fraction of this guy, I don't believe the rating would be so bad.

THESE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THE USPS ALLOW THIS OFFICE TO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE????? Why does W. Spfld., send mail to Agawam for delivery??? What a waste of time and money and these incompetent employees can't follow thru with updating verification information. I am livid that my package has been sitting in their post office since Monday and I have made umpteen calls to this post office never once getting an answer. I've escalated a claim and won't hear back from anyone for 3 business days. How convenient for them. Makes me sick that these people can't/don't do their job.
