No one picks up the phone, and while there are some good people who work there, management is a joke and incompetent. If there is a problem and they see your number on caller ID? They ignore that call. Extremely pathetic for a paid for service.
Not only that, but if you do manage to get ahold of the current management, there are just excuses and lies. They may even try to guilt trip you (poorly) into making their mistakes into your fault. If they decide to change how things work, they will do it without warning and without communication so careful if you are a small business who expected the reliability they had in the past. They do not have that anymore.

I had such bad experience with this person there when I took my daughters to renew their passports. I felt insulted, she was rude and talked mean to us. She’s not professional at all. When I asked her how much my fees will be before determine if I want to pay with check or cash, she replied back to me that she doesn’t know, how can you work there and not knowing how much it will cost when you doing it all day long. I mean, I don’t need to know exact numbers but just give me a rough estimates. Additionally, when she tells me something, she didn’t even finish her conversation and walk away. She’s very rude when she asked me to redo my form again and when I asked her what’s wrong with the form, instead of tell me what’s wrong, she replied that it’s wrong, you just have to redo again. It seems like every questions I asked her, she can’t even answering me. After this visit, I would not want to go there ever again. I don’t need people like her to put me down and insulted me I front of my kids.

The worst experience I’ve ever encountered from any USPS post office. My boxed package was crumbled up like a paper ball with the $500 contents missing. What followed next was an abomination of customer service led by supervisor Josh. He entrusted to me that he would take care of the incident; however, I have yet to hear from him, despite seven months having passed. Apart from Josh, good luck trying to get a hold of the phones- they never pick up. If you show up in person, good luck trying to speak to a supervisor. I was denied with no explanation or reasoning.
