I have the flexibility to go during off hours. During the holiday's they have extra staff and the Postmaster was in the lobby to help direct customers. There is a self-service kiosk in the lobby. I saw negative reviews, but other than longer waits during busy times, all of my experiences have been positive.

He was kind and understanding. I updated my rating to reflect his attitude and his change in service. Carrier doesn't knock or ring the doorbell for a package that requires a signature. I have to go and pick it up at the store now. What is the point...? How am I supposed to receive my packages? Terrible service.
