  I recently sent some 4-page booklets to be printed at Staples in Acton, MA because we don’t have a color printer at home. The website was easy to use, and they turned my order around the following day. They offered several choices of paper quality and the print quality was very good. Department staff was knowledgeable and friendly, answered all of my questions when I called.

  Staples is my favorite brick-and-mortar store for home/business office supplies. Love that they are a UPS drop-off site, and their Print/Marketing services and staff are phenomenal. Staples has what I'm looking for about 85-90% of the time. However, the reason I can't find what I want is most often because it's something they no longer stock in stores but still carry online. The in-store shelf space is now consumed with children's toys, games, and other merchandise that doesn't really belong in an office supply store (and is higher-priced than the stores you'd usually shop for those items). I miss the bargain/great value Staples used to represent. In the space of two months, I watched the SALE price of a specific item (heavy duty storage bin) rise by 22%. That's excessive but sadly not unusual. Even so, if I need it today, I get it from Staples!
