At 6:30 pm the package was still not scanned as picked up so I called the store. They said the UPS truck had already come. I asked the person if they could please check to make sure no packages were left by accident. He said he "didn't need to walk all the way over there to see if the UPS driver got them all" ... I said, "What if he missed one/some?" And then asked again if he could please double check that one wasn't missed or put in the wrong bin or something. He said he knew the driver and said he got them all (WITHOUT CHECKING). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
- PHPatrick HearnOct 23, 20255.0If you have old printers that you would like to get rid of consider taking it to Staples who will give you 5 dollars worth of store credits for each printer and recycle the printers for you. It took me approximately 10 minutes to turn in 3 printers. This is much more attractive than paying a recycling fee elsewhere! I would suggest calling Staples first to be certain they will exchange your printer. I do not know if they offer this for all printers. My printers were made by Brother and Epson which Staples sells.
