    I dropped off an Amazon package at 10 AM for UPS to pick up at their usual time around 5 pm. At 6:30 pm the package was still not scanned as picked up so I called the store. They said the UPS truck had already come. I asked the person if they could please check to make sure no packages were left by accident. He said he "didn't need to walk all the way over there to see if the UPS driver got them all" ... I said, "What if he missed one/some?" And then asked again if he could please double check that one wasn't missed or put in the wrong bin or something. He said he knew the driver and said he got them all (WITHOUT CHECKING). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
