- JHJill HelmsNov 25, 20191.0I sent my sister a package and the delivery man was too lazy to sit through construction on her road and deliver the package on the guaranteed date. Now I can't even get the post office on the phone to find out when he will redeliver. The reason for non-delivery is "no access" but my sister and her husband are able to come and go without issue .. just have to wait through construction. Total lie on the non-delivery reason. It says "will attempt delivery on the next business day" which is TODAY but the tracking does not say it went back out and mail has run for the day. SO ANGRY!
