Ms. Brenda is amazing! She was patient with me even after I had to run back home to get my passport application. She also took my passport picture and just explained everything perfectly!

One star because honestly you can’t give anything less than that. Leaving my package out in the rain next to the street not even close to our porch saying she wasn’t going to come any closer! Gotta love those kind of workers.

I would give them negative stars if that was an option. I tried to get my son passport prices started on Friday. Well they don’t take walk ins. )How should we know, the sign on the door says walk in to get passport). There is no one else there at that time but ok cool, we make an appointment for Monday at 9. Show up and we’re told the only person who can do the passport process decided to come in late today. So I try to make another appointment and get told oh just come in no need for an appointment…. So I’m back later with everything they told me I needed but now they want something else. They are so unprofessional. If you want a passport done go anywhere but here.

I was denied a service I had researched, and when I followed the recommendation to call customer service, the agent assured me she would submit a request. Later, a manager called me—I expected assistance, but instead, she seemed to want to argue. I even had to ask, “Ma’am, what’s the point of this phone call?” to which she replied, “Have a nice day!” The attitudes I encountered were very unprofessional. My intentions were genuine, and I meant no harm; I simply relied on the information I had read. I don’t understand why she felt the need to frame the situation as a conflict.
