They currently have several packages in their office, some that were dropped off 2 months ago, which still have not been shipped. When asked why they have not shipped them they have stated they will get to them when they get to them. Absolutely atrocious behavior from the employees.
- JSJay StaxMay 8, 20235.0I brought a Priority package in to get some postage and get on the way. I had written the delivery address, return address, and Happy Birthday on the package. The clerk (I am kicking myself for not getting her name) saw the Happy Birthday wishes and asked if she could plaster a bunch of special Happy Birthday stamps on it rather than the plain postage label. I was like YEAH! Awesome! People paying attention and caring are very few and far between now days. I SUPER APPRECIATE this lady.
