- MEMarva Skinner EdgarOct 28, 20221.0Somehow, the people at this station decided to start returning my mail to sender. I have been waiting for my new credit cards since May 2022. The bank keeps contacting me and asking me to correct my address because the cards keep being returned. However, EVERY bill makes it here just fine. We have been to this station 2 or 3 times to get them to deliver the mail to the residents of our home, but they continue to return to sender my mail, my mother's mail and my mail in my father's name. I just tried to call and speak to someone at this station and twice they hung up on me without answering the phone. If you can pick up the phone to hang up the call, then you can very well take the call! I'm going to contact the Post Master at this point and report the incompetent service that we have been receiving since March of this year, despite several trips to the station in person to get them to correct their mistake.
