We knew the package we were NEEDING had already arrived at the post office, so we wanted to try and pick it up. They told us the package we needed was there but that it was on a pallet in the back and still wouldn’t be delivered for a few days. No one offered to go check anything out for us. Incredibly rude to us as well. I see why the postal service is struggling with these types of employees!! So lazy.

The recording acknowledges the West Monroe PO but no one answers even though recording states someone will answer. We have had terrible rural delivery recently.
