- ALAngel LegnaJan 22, 20261.0If I can rate them no star I will. The lady upfront named JACKIE is not helpful. She let me hold for few minutes and getting other customers infront of me. All I need is actual postage amount and weight of each mail. This is outrageous customer service I’ve been with them. Hope they could find a new employee. I bringing this up for years dealing with west Monroe post office was so easy but her upfront will loss the business

We knew the package we were NEEDING had already arrived at the post office, so we wanted to try and pick it up. They told us the package we needed was there but that it was on a pallet in the back and still wouldn’t be delivered for a few days. No one offered to go check anything out for us. Incredibly rude to us as well. I see why the postal service is struggling with these types of employees!! So lazy.

The recording acknowledges the West Monroe PO but no one answers even though recording states someone will answer. We have had terrible rural delivery recently. Would like to complain but can't without going to Post Office personally.
