- TSTim StuttonAug 13, 20251.0Seems to be a disconnect with answering the phone, I hardly ever leave reviews, there is a lot better things I could be doing. Even when reaching out to USPS customer service they say to call the post office directly. It has been multiple days of trying and I have moved out of state with calling being the only option. I hope the right people get this review and implement some changes to correct what appears to be a track record of poor service.

No one knows anything they are talking about, and our specific mail route person comes so sporadically that I can't even receive essential prescriptions on time. My mail carrier routinely puts my mail in the wrong mailbox and delivers my packages to the wrong doorstep despite clear house numbers. If I could choose a different mail service, I would in a heartbeat.
