No one’s fault, accidents happen. I was nervous, non confrontational type and it was fixed with a soft spoken voice and smile. I am so impressed by the humanity of these workers. My father passed away last year and I eventually submitted a change of address form to have his mail (a PO Box, which should be even easier) forwarded to my house, which is about 34 miles away. Brought in all the succession paperwork, etc. Two months later and multiple trips to Sulphur and Iowa, and I’m still getting letters and emails saying they won’t process it because they need more information….which has been submitted multiple times. And I don’t know where his mail is going, which probably has important stuff in it.. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess the next step is filing a formal complaint with the national office? I’m frustrated.
