No one’s fault, accidents happen. I was nervous, non confrontational type and it was fixed with a soft spoken voice and smile. I am so impressed by the humanity of these workers. Is horrible at getting you the right size boxes to ship things and sending them for the right price. They have no drop for larger packages after hours. It makes it next to impossible to send anything larger than a regional a if they aren't ever open...
