I’m new to the area and honestly I’m glad this is going to be my go to postal office. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. I’d didn’t get his name but like my boy at the front desk says, “survey says, ALL SMILES.” Therefore, I left an all Smile survey plus a well deserved positive review. Great staff!

They need to be replaced and reminded that they work for us! They have a very bad attitude, you can feel the bad vibes as you enter the place! I'd rather go to the other USPS in Slidell, where the employees are friendly and do not hate their job!

- CSCherie SchmidtDec 8, 20225.0My postman Jamal Johnson is amazing! Yesterday my elderly mother was anxious, because the electricity was out in our service area. When he pulled up to my house my mom had walked to the neighbors with her walker, but no one was answering. He stopped and spoke with her to calm her down. He sat with her then called me at work to let me know what was happening. I found out when I got home that he even sat with her a while after I spoke with him to make sure she was ok.
