    Went today to make Christmas returns. The line was out the door. I thought, here we go. This is going to be a long wait. It wasn’t. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store was fully staffed. They knew what they were doing and I was so impressed. Don’t dread having to go here. It was easy and they were polite and efficient.

    I do not recommend receiving packages at this UPS location. My boyfriend had my Christmas gift delivered here while he was meeting my family. We had been traveling for over 10 days, so this felt like a reasonable solution. The package was lost after it was signed for by their team member. Staff reviewed the cameras and confirmed the package—engraved with my name—was moved multiple times until it was no longer in view. Once it disappeared from sight, we were told it had likely been thrown away in a trash can. A claim has been filed, but that does not replace what was lost: a meaningful moment, the excitement of opening a personalized gift with family, and the care taken to plan something special. This experience was deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise against having anything important, sentimental, or time-sensitive delivered to this location. Keep it for things that can be forgotten, thrown in the trash and easily replaced.
