No one can tell me where it is, it has not been scanned since it left FL on July 8, 2025, today is July 18, 2025. Is it sitting in this PO somewhere?

I spotted a mail delivery driver speeding down my street. The speed limit is only 10mph here. And this person was going between 25-30mph down my street. So please inform this driver that the speed limit in Linpark Trailer park is only 10mph. He was driving way too fast for me to run out and slow him down. He's already made his deliveries here. Did he miss someone and decided to blow down my street (Concourse A) to fix his mistake before quitting time? I'm very disturbed about this!
