This postal driver ( black female ) driving this van around 5pm on Clyde fant was driving wreckless and erratic. She flipped multiple drivers off. She was driving aggressively fast.

Despite being understaffed, the United States Postal Service delivers fast, professional service. Staff stay courteous and efficient, the gift card center is well stocked, and there’s no shortage of packing supplies—making shipping easy and stress-free. Even during busy hours, lines move quickly.

They made a mistake and gave me Hot Wheels skating rinks po box. So all of my mail was returned to sender over a 2-month period. When I finally figured out what they did wrong they acted like they didn't really want to help. I finally got the manager involved she was not very helpful either. Then when the girl gave me my refund she was totally rude about it. They all seem to be more interested in protesting 9/11 by wearing their face mask and not being able to be heard. And BTW, they don't seem to mind making all the other customers wait 45 min when they disrespect the 1 they are dealing with.. however, she did make sure she reached around to the customer's kiosk and gave herself a :-) for service. But I wasn't smiling nor were the 10 customers behind me that had to wait.

I always try my best to leave positive reviews with all of this negativity going around. The women who were working today were happy, personable, and apologetic for the long line. They remained calm and kind and helpful with a smile on their faces ( even though one woman had one a mask). I could tell she was happy and smiling. The mail packaging options area and the location are clean and organized, and the parking lot is spacious. I wanted to take the time to say “Thank you for your happiness and kindness. I would bet your jobs are very difficult, so thank you for smiling! It made my day, and the experience (even though the line was long) very nice and peaceful.” The line was long, because I arrived around lunchtime. My fault!
