- AHAlison HartleyNov 14, 20251.0This office is HORRIBLE! They have LOST OVER 2 MONTHS OF MY MAIL, and I am convinced that they have also stolen many of my packages! They have ZERO concern, and are rude and unprofessional.
- MLMadison LeeOct 1, 20251.0So I initially went in to get keys for my mailbox. The lady was just plain rude. put a piece of paper in front of me and left for 20 minutes. Then called me days letter saying she would put me on a list and let me know my key is ready and to pay $25 when I pick it up. its been over a month and STILL have yet to get a call back. I called them and they said "You're not on the list. You have to pay first" No ma'am that was not mentioned. These people are just rude to customers and wish I could change post offices. UGH!
