Tracking a package that's been there 2 days it finally says out for delivery and doesn't show the excuse I get is that it got mixed up and maybe I will get it tomorrow.

But I’ve been calling for 3 days now and no one has answered the phone. I feel like they blocked me. All I wanted was an update on a Father’s Day present that literally has my 8 month old daughters face all over! So crummy, this place is terrible.

They tracked it and said it was still there Why? I called them and they said it's not. Now I'm threatened to be charged $171 replacement fee for the phone that I took there to be shipped. They pretend they don't know what's going on. Such a horrible location and needs to be closed immediately 🙄🗣️
