- LLLordDec 12, 20251.0Always polite when I visit this location. Stopped by today to inquire why our businesses packages are never getting delivered.. was met by a rude supervisor, no hello name introduction or nothing. Immediately started her introduction by stating it was our fault we aren’t getting packages since no one is ever in office - which can be proven as a lie with multiple cameras angles and footage. Also that we aren’t on an official route, so not really her problem?? What kind of customer service is this? All I asked was that couriers be courteous enough to come inside the office, rather than driving by and ASSUMING no one is in office. If your supervisor lack basic customer service skills, you need to reconsider who you are putting in leadership. Her smart remarks and attitude were uncalled for. My next visit I will surely be asking for a name and writing further about my disappointment.
