But she loves you and only wants your good. She is always so helpful and doesn't make you feel stupid. She doesn't waste time but it feels like she is taking her time with you. She knows the answers to all your questions and I just look forward to going there because I know her demeanor is going to brighten my day. Plus I don't have to worry about making a mistake sending my package. If something goes wrong you know for sure it wasn't on her end. I have heard people being so rude to her but I have never seen her get out of pocket
