I recently dropped a package off there on a Sunday that was supposed to be given to the USPS on Monday, well when I tried to check the tracking number to see how far the package had gone it was showing that the package was never scanned into the system.When I spoke to the owner asking if he would make sure that the guy that printed the label and taped up the package actually did so and that the package was given to the postman he refused to do so and was very rude about the whole situation. I know mistakes happen but there was no harm in him checking to make sure that the package was actually passed on. Maybe if I was a different color I would’ve gotten better service.

Every response has been “file a claim,” with zero accountability or urgency. My box held personal gifts for loved ones—items that can’t be replaced. Very disappointed in the lack of care and follow-up from this location. Filing a claim is not always the answer…showing a little compassion goes a long way!
