Zero customer service, I stood at the counter for 5 mins without ever being acknowledged while they held a conversation in a different language, they were extremely bothered I was there. I have been through 3 owners of this location and I don’t think these guys will last much longer. Avoid this location at all cost!!!

The staff is never very helpful, I often feel like I'm an "inconvenience" to them with prepaid packages, and this store won't accept any prepaid USPS packages where every other UPS store in town will. I come to this store purely out of necessity.

No courtesy at all, no how may I help you, please, thank you, have a nice day, come again, happy holidays, nothing. I won't go back, I'll find another location even if it's out of my way.
- TCTatiana CangNov 21, 20251.0I got my fingerprints taken today by this guy named Suman. I told him my hands were sweaty as a warning because I knew it would be harder to take my fingerprints. I can’t control that. He was rude the whole time asking me what’s wrong with my fingers after getting bad quality prints and asked if they were sweaty all the time as if it was his business or had anything to do with my appointment then had the audacity to tell me it shouldn’t take two minutes and kept sighing and scoffing. He was giving bad instructions and would not listen to me. I’m pretty patient with people, but he almost made me break. Anyway, if you want to get your fingerprints taken, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
