  I found myself in a tight spot and talked with several places here in Shreveport but Tia stood out like the sun compared to the rest. I scheduled an appointment for today and the lady spent half a day with me helping me with everything and then set me up with a job for the day after tomorrow. Im being very real when I say Im hard to impress but this lady was quite amazing. Thank you Tia for all you have done and Im sure will continue to do.

  I'm from out of town...the only branch in my Shreveport area is the southern avenue one...and the two females still didn't activate my account cause it says call and I just came from there earlier today..they were rude arrogant...and when I was leaving I saw one of them hurry and jump out there seat to see what I was driving...sad no help at all my jobstack still telling me to finish my application..... wouldn't suggest going there....in Shreveport anyway.... the two females that were there seems to only care if they're working and don't care less about if you get a job with them....very sad actually...I'll be contacting corporate office tomorrow.

  Communication & transparency doesn't seem to be their strong suit, depending on who you speak with. I was placed at 1 location with nothing more than a "just show up here @ 1"..No timecard, no contact person, no job description, nor shift length. Needless to say that particular place didnt work out. No one submitted my hours. They made it up to me by placing me somewhere else, that pays a little more, which always helps & is a plus for them. I just hope they get my hours worked out for the 1st place. Regardless of how they may feel, nobody likes to be in the dark about things or feel as if they worked for free.
