Recently, FedEx has decided to put a young woman on our route who is never provided with a dolly! Every time the truck pulls up, our staff has to be the one to climb into the truck to grab the 100lb boxes because you won't equip your staff with the necessary tools to do their job. The young woman I know is trying her best, but come on FedEx...100+lb boxes, no dolly and the driver is probably 100lbs herself. Do better.
