This location doesn't have the extreme long lines thibodaux has and not as busy as the Gray location who has passport applications. The Schriever post office is clean inside and out located right off west park near schriever overpass

- KCKatie CJan 2, 20193.0Typically, I have no problems with USPS. However, I had a really bad experience the other day. I was home all day waiting on packages to arrive. They usually always deliver my packages later in the afternoon when I order them. It has never been an issue. I received a text message from the company I ordered from noting that my tracking numbers were deemed "undeliverable." I was fuming. I was home. No one came to my door. Nothing was left in my box. No horns honked outside. I checked informed delivery, it told me I needed to pick them up from the post office, except the post office was closed the following day for new years day and I had paid extra money to have packages to me early because I was driving 2 hours to spend New Years with family i don't see often and those were Christmas gifts. I called the 800 number. I was on hold for 40 minutes only to be greeted by a rude woman who wouldn't let me talk, except to give tracking numbers. I found the entire experience to be unprofessional.
