It takes a 4 day package a half a month to get to me normally once they reach this place by day 3 from Illinois or wherever I have packages coming from. I really hope they fix this eventually I see everyone else are having similar issues to mine on here.

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE AUGUST 26, 2025. I have called and set emails. Use FEDEX OR UPS WHEN SHIPPING PACKAGES ANY WHERE. Tracking number.9318410965600002436414 Today is October 21, 2025 and I just got my package and both products dont work from being beat up and tossed around a thousand times in and out of post offices.

If it ever goes through the Saint Rose facility, I message my customers explaining to expect delays and possibly missing packages entirely. This is the ONLY location I ever have problems with, especially on about 99% of the packages that go through here. It honestly needs to be shut down or completely overhauled, it's that bad.
