After that, they vanished. They employees at the office were wholly incapable of locating the package, nor did they attempt to do so, beyond what their computers told them. We are constantly getting other people's mail and other people are getting ours. Our complaints go unanswered. Recently, I had an $8000 check thrown in the trash because our carrier put it in the wrong mailbox. Thankfully, someone saw it, and called to tell me they found it.
