At my previous address in St Amant I had issues with delivery drivers dropping off packages on my neighbors' porch without even trying to get either of our attention - a serious problem considering my neighbor travels often. I brought my troubles to the office and was handled very promptly and even got a phone call apology from the deliverer (which was cool, but not necessary). I thought I'd be good for a while, but now I have an address in Sorrento and I get notices across multiple orders that my packages couldn't be delivered - bull. I've been at home waiting for them. My tracking info says they were dropped off and shipped from the St Amant location - my address is clearly Sorrento. The lack of organization and communication that happens within these offices is astounding and several people need to lose their jobs.
