  So happy we have an ups store nearby ! Kaiya was super friendly and helpful as I have never actually used an ups store before ! Definitely made my Amazon return a breeze!

  I called to find the store . The young lady gave great directions. When I arrived, she was so professional, friendly & kind. She was a great help of relief trying to return my package to Amazon. The best service ever , always smiling the whole time. She made it so easy for me. Her name was Kaiya. There is nothing like great customer service! I am so grateful!
