I went to the post office to pick up my package before they put it on the truck and Ms. Debbie at the counter says it will be too time consuming to look for it and I will have to wait until it’s delivered. I wanted to pick up my packages because Ruston post office will lose you packages it happened to me SEVERAL times or the package/ mail arrives a month later literally. I even called the supervisor to complain about the service but she as well just dismiss my complaint/concerns and say “if it’s misplaced or lost it will get re delivered which will take up to 2 more weeks to arrive to my location”. I guess since it’s not their important mail/packages it doesn’t matter.
