  Kaiya provided friendly quick service with a smile, nice new clean store! It’s a bit small, however I’m so happy it’s here! Pack and mail and the extra hurdles to ship will now be history lol!

  I'm glad a UPS store is close so now I don't have to drive to Monroe. Upon entering the store I was greeting with a big bright smile by Kaiya. She was VERY HELPFUL, super sweet and answered any questions I had. I came back with another package the same day and Morghan assisted me and did not stop until she had the correct box for me to return my package. Both ladies were very upbeat and positive.

  There's no better welcome than a wide, beautiful, and naturally expressive smile! And that's exactly what I received when I arrived at The UPS Store in Ruston, LA. That says a lot about Kaiya's warmth and kindness; she has the most genuine smile I've seen in a long time. From now on, you have a very satisfied and loyal customer in me.   What a welcomed addition this UPS location is to Ruston! Thanks for bringing it here, Doug! I have been here twice since opening, and your staff is so supremely helpful and efficient! A huge, huge shoutout to Kaiya for being so wonderful both times I have visited! A+ service — and she does it with the brightest of smiles! Also — well done, Katelyn, Abby, Morghan, and Keitchia! You all make the store a better place!
