The tall guy with the blonde hair is rude. A guy hit me at the door and I asked him inside why did he hit me with the box while coming in the door and he proceeded to say “oh well lady you were in the way” he didn’t give me time to move. The worker then gave me a nasty look as if I did something wrong by asking him why he hit me and began to talk nasty to me. He told me that he would not service me. So yes I did curse him and left the store. I would like to find out who’s the owner of this place.

The girl with the sweatshirt is very rude and the guy tried to raise his voice. Almost like I was supposed to be scared. I wanted to mail a letter she didn’t ask me which carrier she usps . I wanted ups the time was then 6:00 she told me she wasn’t doing it now cause it’s 6:00. I’m like I was in here before 6:00 and that’s your fault. It most definitely give racial vibes I’ll never go there again.

They show the UPS Logo as if they are a full service UPS store. We travelled 20 miles exclusively to ship an Amazon return via UPS. HOWEVER they lacked the ability to do a SIMPLE SCAN of a QR code for an Amazon return. In their effort to get a shipping label, they completely deleted our Amazon return request which was on its last day to be shipped. They were unable to get a shipping label.
WE had to contact Amazon to get a new return authorization. We had to travel to West Monroe to a REAL UPS store, who instantly scanned the QR code and instantly handled our return.
Perhaps Pack & Mail should indicate on their store front that they have EXTREMELY LIMITED UPS capability. In this day and age, scanning a QR code is done with cell phones. But they can't??
Needless to say, we will be going to West Monroe for our future business with a REAL UPS Store.
