Since when is it ok to throw packages out your vehicle and see that it hit the ground and not the object you were trying to throw it on and then look and just say “oooo” and immediately drive off??? I understand we have dogs but she could’ve left it on the mailbox OR honked her horn to notify me she was here. DO BETTER!!!! Then the lady I talked to at the office over the phone was zero help. Sasha was her name.
