The intent of the letter is to write a formal complaint for unacceptable service and extreme negligence of staff. On April 3rd,2025 at approximately 12:42 pm, I received a notification that a swing set that was ordered from Walmart was delivered to my home. The photo showed a large box that was obviously in someone else’s driveway. We called immediately to report the wrong delivery but was told to wait a few days to see if the package would show up. In the interim, I posted on Facebook and the online neighborhood forum that I was missing a package . After a few days of not hearing anything, we filed a claim with Walmart and explained that the swing was missing. Walmart, in return declined the request for a refund stating that the package had been delivered to the correct address. We subsequently were able to locate the package with the help of a neighbor. She seen my post on Facebook and noticed a large package in a drive way. It was noticeable because cardboard fragments were in the street. The package was delivered about 10 houses down on the same street. After tracking down he package, we noted that it was gaping open and probably missing pieces and damaged. We then arranged a pickup to return it. On April 23rd around 2:13 pm the same incompetent driver who originally delivered the package, picked it up again. She said she remembered the package (it’s large). I informed her that she delivered it to the wrong home and she was apologetic. She then asked if they had me print a “call tag” to accompany the package. I said no, and asked if I needed to call anyone at Walmart to print it and she said no. She loaded the package on the truck with no return label. A few days late, I get a letter on the door from the driver, Avis. Requesting that I print the tag and leave it on my front door for her to pick up on Monday. She said she would attach it to the swing set that had been on her truck for a week. She left her name and personal cell on the letter. Through a phone conversation she revealed that the same package had been placed on her delivery truck every single day. She never tried to reach out to me or a manger to rectify the issue. I printed the return slip as requested and left it on the door. I then called her to verify that she picked it up. She did. However, she stated the package had been lost and wasn’t on her truck. She was hopeful to get it back. I requested that she give me a call to update me. She never has. I tried to call her again for an update and she has blocked me. This woman has lost the package not once but twice and shows no remorse. I cannot find a branch number to report this to. When I call the corporate number I’m constantly asked for a tracking number that doesn’t exist. I have spoke with Walmart about a dozen times with no avail. I am submitting all supporting evidence. The amount of frustration I feel is inexplicable. I am requesting a full and and immediate refund.

Slow and inefficient. Went for return shipping with label and waited for like 10 min to get simply to get scanned and receipt.

Apparently this is not a full service store. You must know how to properly work the copy machine before you enter. Help is most certainly optional for sure.

The reason for 3 stars is the length of wait time, I checked in over 15 min ago and have not had any one to stop and check who or what I waiting on.
